When taking my 350X apart that long 9 1/4" engine bolt got mangled up on the end. I went to two fastener places today, and neither had anything to match it. One place recommended Grade 5 all-thread with a nut on both ends. Does anyone have an opinion on that, or where a guy might find a replacement for that bolt?
The schematic shows it to be 10-235, but I have been told a 3/8" will also work.

I've done than for the gas tank bolt on a Tecate. They're like an M8x140.
Long term, I'd be more inclined to try this:

or this:

I have a 10x240 non flared head.

I went to my local lumberyard and found a long carriage bolt, did some grinding and it works fine. I can't remember the exact size but I know it isn't perfect, but it works and gets the job done.

Fantastic tips guys! I went with Partzilla and ordered the nut with it. Of course shipping was almost as much as the bolt itself, but in the big picture of this X, this is a small expense!
