Expensive yes, but It brings the front end into the modern age of suspension though, and with your rear shock, you would have an amazing suspension setup that would be capable of basically anything your willing to do! Either way, nice bike man. Hope to see you out on the dunes sometime.

To add, I'm still happy with my stock forks with new progressive springs and 20wt fork oil. Was a night and day difference from the old worn out springs and water like fluid that came out of them lol. Besides the bushings being worn out which you can't replace, they still do pretty well for duning and its not that expensive really. I think i paid like $90 for the springs shipped.

Have you ever had them apart? If not, the seals are probably bad and leaking. The only real reason for them to leak is either dirty/worn out seals and sliders and or your forks have pitting in the chrome. Light pitting can be helped by using some extra fine scotchbrite on the troubled areas to sand lightly to a smooth finish.

Well here it is Finally!

Got the forks installed off the other R! New progressive springs, seals and 20w oil. I didn't think i would at first but I actually LOVE the look of the OEM boots! It's so nice to actually sit on it now and not feel it sag to the front, then it pops right back up! I LOVE IT!!!!

Still have issues with the Front breaks. Not sure what I did bit i think its leaking air somewhere in the system but I cant figure it out for the life of me. The front breaks work, but there isn't a lot of pressure when you pull the break lever. Might be the Cylinder or the Line itself not really sure just yet. So I guess technically its not 100% done lol, but I really do love the look and feel of these forks. Can't wait to try them out next week!!

Sounds like air is still in the line or the plunger is malfunctioning. I would bleed again to ensure all the air is out. another way to tell if the plunger is bad is to take the cover off the master and squeeze the brakes. Do you see tiny bubbles coming to the surface? If so then time to rebuild it.

Also, if you haven't done so, I would invest in a mightyvac. I bought mine at autozone for 40 bucks and it paid for itself on the first brake fluid change.

Man I just put the cheap Chinese master cylendars on my 200x and they work great. You might have to make an adapter plate for the rear put that is not to hard.
