83/84 Big red parts

My dad has an 84 200es that needs electrical/carb work. Would the parts from my 83 red work to get this thing fixed up? Would the other things like bearings, brakes/plastic/seats fit on the 84?

i think the carb inerchanges, but not sure, why dont you just look at the bikes side by side and see.......

I think the only changes made between 83 and 84 was the shaft drive obviously. The engines are both 200's, and I think the body remained the same, just new stickers to reflect the shaft drive and reverse.
