Width of Honda 200M headlight?

I am finally getting around to mounting a 200M front end my 200ES. I planned on using a 250ES headlight so I can upgrade to an H4 bulb. I am trying to figure out whether the 200M headlight is wider than the 7" wide 250ES headlight, or if the 200M headlight brackets that I just scored on ebay are bent. Thanks in advance to anyone that can chime in.

Im not sure of the width of the headlight but the bracket could be have been described wrong. The 185/200 with separate side brackets all look similar but they are bent different from year to year, round to square headlight. I hope that helps a little bit

Thanks, Trike_crazy. I think you may be on to something, as the other 200M brackets I have seen on ebay seem to have a different bend to them.

You were right, TC. As it turns out, the bend at the top mount area of the ears I bought is different than that of the 200M ears. Bummer!
