At the end of the last video, there's a sign that makes no sense whatsoever. The sign states that "OFF ROAD ACTIVITY IS PROHIBITED," and at the bottom of the sign theres a small yellow triangular sticker with the words "YOUR OHV FUNDS AT WORK" My OHV funds are being used to enforce the prohibition of riding in a once open riding area? The only authority in the area is Border Patrol and unless you're El Camexican, they dont care that you're there.
