Got my atc 110 for free a while back and had to do some work to it, been collecting parts and working on it for about a year.
my total i got less than 100 bucks in it, pretty happy with the outcome.
I have 18" klaws on the back and a chengshin knobby on the front, fresh paint everyehere,
New rear bearings and shoes in the back. The seat pan is rotten on the side so any seat cover i put on i couldn't get to attach, so it's got a totally custom duck tape cover until I can find a good pan.

I still need to make a rear grab bar, and a glove box lid. Have an air filter and a chain coming. Almost done though.

Looks good so far. What did you use to paint the plastic?

Hccamoseating on ebay makes awesome seat covers. I love mine. Nice build. What plug wire you got on there. As far as your seat pan , mine was rusted horribly so i fiber glassed it and before it dried i stuck staples thru it to use to lock down the cover.

You're doing what you can with what you have, good on'ya. The finished product will be that much more sweet. Keep us in the loop on your progress. Looking good so far.

The plug wire is a sierra mag force off of an inboard boat engine.
I used krylon fusion for the fenders, I been rippin it around the yard, I really should have re-ringed the motor.
my atc110 I started with the motor was toast, and the motor I have I got had been laying in a field on its side for the last 10 years,
I have to get a new chain and order a new front sprocket, I knew it was pretty wore out but this little 110 has so much jam it will skip the chain sometimes.
I have next to no money in the little thing, just lots of time.
