I have rebuilt and cleaned the carb, the engine has been rebuilt and I set the carb to factory specs. I cannot get this atc to keep from fouling the plugs. When it is cold it will idle fine but as soon as it warms up it sounds like it is misfiring and stalls (after 2 minutes of running). At high rpm it runs fine, the exhast is black smoke the engine oil turns black quickly (so I know it is running rich). If I turn the pilot screw seems to have no effect wether I turn it in or out still runs rough with no change. I am pulling my hair out with this thing any help would be greatly appreciated!
