I'm watching the gncc nationals right now and ALL of the riders use either razrs or holeshots. The terrain ranges from sloppy mud to dry grass. Are these the best all around tires? I can't argue with those guys. Anyway, I'm thinking I like the razrs because they are $25 cheaper per tire. Who runs these on your trike? What do you think?

I have razrs on my Xs and holeshots on the quad. The razrs are so much better performance wise but...The holeshots will outlast the razrs by about two more times :D

I have Holeshots on my 350X and my Banshee. They are excellent on both.

Both are extremely good. The holeshots will ware MUCH faster than the razr. If you want them to last and extremely good traction go with Shreaders (sp?). Kids at my school use holeshots because they give the best traction but theyve said the only reason they use them is because there dad pays. When they start paying they will go to the shreaders.

Sorry....but I have to claim BS on that one. Holeshots will out last Razars by Months if not years... My bro's friend has Razars on his 310R and they lasted about 11-12 months. He then bought some XCT's and have had them on for close to 2 years and sold the bike with them on it this past fall. Both sets were ridden equally and in pretty much the same environment. I'd take Holeshots for my tire choice.

There are also many diffrent ply's in the holeshots, so they are diffrent compounds. That meens that on set of holeshots may last longer than another.

i have raz 2's and love them, just make sure you get 6 plys, the others tear much to easily... i have holeshots too, and they wear better then the raz 1's ...

I have the Holeshots on my 86R and highly recommend them. My bro has a set of Razars on his 350X and likes them also. IMO I think Razars perform better on 4 strokes and Holeshots perform better on 2 strokes.
