I just took this in on trade as partial payment for my 185s. A project for sure. The plate with the model number is gone. It is an electric start with a chain drive. It seems to look like the trike in the 83-84 200e manual. Yes, No? Which year?
thanks

First year Big Red? E-start and hi-lo? Is that what a 200E is?

What's the VIN and/or the EIN say?
Vin should be machined into the headstock. EIN on the engine somewhere.

Agreed, I also think it's an 82 (or at least it has 82 tank decals).

There is a lever on the right side of the cylinder. Can someone tell what it is for?
Thanks

That would be the decompression lever. To ease the compression when trying to pull start it.
