What are these wheels from?? (8x8 gold D.I.D 4/110)

Maybe someone here can help but I can't find any information on these wheels anywhere. They are 8x8 center offset, 4/110 bolt pattern, D.I.D with a date code 11/84. Any information on them would be appreciated and how much are they worth? Thanks.

They are just that. 1985 DID rims :) I would buy them if you want rid of them. :)
