I've had two West Coasts for 84/85 KXTs and they look nothing like that.

You know what though, it does kind of favor an 86/87 West Coast in the shape of the tubing. Except for those round cuts in the sides of it ???? and I don't see the top & bottom chain guide mounting tabs.
