I'm not sure exactly what is wrong, but, I know something isn't right with the chain/tensioner area...

Also, the rear brake...
When I bought the machine, the brakes were dragging on the disc, and after awhile, would lock up. I recently discovered that the brake pedal was locked up, and that it had no brake fluid... And It took a C-clamp to get the caliper to open back up...
So basically, I have no clue where to go with the brakes...

Wow. All the rollers on the swing arm are not OEM. I'd cut them off. Any idea why they're there?
The 200X adjusts the chain by moving the swing arm pivot fore and aft with threaded adjusters.
As far as the brakes go, take some stuff apart and see what's going on.
- is the pedal stuck because the master cylinder is stuck? If you can get it apart it might be rebuildable.
- is the piston in the caliper stuck? If the piston is salvageable, you should be able to get a rebuild kit for the caliper. Or just by a CR80 caliper off ebay.

Possibly the adjusters are stripped/ruined? Im with jb2wheels id take that swinger off and rehab it, those rollers are super ghetto.

yes, take those rollers off and get new adjusters. I have seen a few calipers I've rebuilt that have run out or leaked fluid and made the piston go crooked causing it to seize. just had to take it apart, lube everything back up and reassemble. they weren't to bad off though.

I took it apart the other day and found it full of rust... I think I'm just going to buy a new one.

No, can't afford a 50-130 dollar caliper right now... And, I'm going to cut the rollers off when I get it home for the schools AG. Department. Stupid idiot self centered AG. teacher...
