84 200x front tire suggestions

well my oem tire just gave up on me half way back to the truck, but i made back at least. just looking for suggestions on front tires. I mostly ride trails. Trying c what u guys use or used any recommendations appreciated. Running stock rear tires but also have turf tamers for rear.192821

23x8-11 Kenda front max.

Cheng shin 23.5x8-11.

I'm not too particular about front tires.

My 250R has a Front Max. It was on it when I got it. The trike goes where I point it on trails and dunes.

My 350X has a an ancient Nankang on it. It was on it when I got it. It leaks slowly down to about 1.5 psi then holds steady so it stays on. The trike goes where I point it on trails and dunes.

Both my 200Xs got Cheng Shins because they're cheap and easy to get at the time. Those trikes went where I pointed them on trails and dunes.

My 2nd 350X will get a Front Max because I got a good deal on it.

My Tecates all used stock Dunlops. Tecates go wherever the hell they want but mine mostly go where I point them. If I have to replace one it might be an issue because of the goofy size but will probably be a Front Max.

All stock sizes.

Pick one - (Front Max, Nankang, Cheng Shin) it won't really matter.

23.5X8-11 Kenda front max would be what I would go for. Stock size, great tire overall.

If you want something closer to OEM I would go with those Nankang's jb2 posted.

also running front max and seems to hold up. as opposed to my other x which has the vector on it.

Another vote for Kenda Front Max- They perform very well! (steering)

I'd recommend a 23x8x11 Kenda Pathfinder.

Decide if you want 2ply (like OEM) first- IF it matters to you. The Front Max is 2 ply & the Cheng Shins too.
Some of the few front tire choices we have left (for 200X,350X,250R) are considered utility front tires and are 4 ply. I believe the Trail Wolf & Pathfinder are 4 ply? -but many people have liked them alot & prefer them.....

If you want to go heavy 25x8x11 itp mudlites will mount up with no room to spare. Its a 6ply I believe.

I used to have a 24x8x11 kenda rampage on my auto-x. It's very aggressive looking and very heavy.
