Yes it will be fine but you may have to tune it a little for the best performance.
Although many people are a fan of running no lid because they think it will make more power, when regarding bikes with stock jetting, my experience has been the complete opposite. Furthermore, I have dynoed several stock ATVs to test the results of this specific mod, and every single time, the bike lost power on the dyno with stock carb tuning.
Most of the time we find that restricting the incoming air on a stock bike will produce more power than stock.

I may have that, I have a box with what was left from a 125 Honda ATC. Gearbox, wire harness, tailight, both clutches, on off switch etc etc. I'll get them to you very cheap and more than fair, I have no reason to keep them anymore.
Stay in touch via PM and I'll take a couple pictures for you as well....
Also text at 77four 7 6six,six 1 seven 9 eight. Anytime, I'm up late!

Is the airbox the same on the 200s as the 200m? If so I have a lid kicking around that I don't have any use for at the moment. It's yours if you can use it.

Isn't that interesting how on a small engine that makes all the difference and is the total opposite of what you'd want on say something like a big block Chevy.

yep I can not wait to put this bike together waiting to buy new rear bearings and seals. I have all of the parts painted perfectly this 200m is going to be amazing.

Thanks yall I just bought a complete air box with brand new uni air filter off of eBay for 18.99. So I think I did pretty well considering a new uni filter cost 25 dollars and I also go the lid I needed with the mounting bolts.
