I've been buying a few things for my R over the winter and will be installing during the next month. So far I have a New Lone star Axle and carrier, 4over Swinger from American Star racing, and a new Ultracross Works shock. I'm going to be rebuilding my forks as well as everything else. I've never done a fork rebuild before and was wondering if anyone had any tips for me on like what kind of springs and seals I should be looking for... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Springs depend on your riding weight. Find a company that sells springs for the 250R, confess your weight with gear on and they will tell you what springs you need. I'd use OEM for seals and bushings. There may be a gold valve kit for your trike if you want to trike it out a bit.

Hello Fox250R;
I remember your last post. Did you have to rob a bank to get that Works Shock, lol?
Race tech does not list a valve for the front forks. Contact for info.
More info from race tech.

A lot of guys run these and seem happy with them. I have never used them.

Billy says he has done a lot of testing on these. If he does not post I suggest you send him a pm.
You can also affect the ride by changing fork oil weight and/or oil level and by adding air which would be my last choice but is ok as a temporary fix if needed.
I might have mentioned last time that you can also get custom springs made from Eibach.

So I found Progressive springs for my bike on ebay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/HONDA-ATC-250R-ATC250R-FRONT-FORKS-SHOCKS-SUSPENSION-SPRINGS-NEW-BDTM-/271475634068?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3f35356f94&vxp=mtr
Are these the ones I should be using? Thanks :)

I forget the part# but those fit the R and Z with 39mm forks. I have them in my R forks....
