Bangkok, Thailand? I am thinking you can spend some money stateside and get as good a quality for a reasonable price.

I would stick to a seller in the US for a seat cover for sure.

There is a few really good US based ones that make them. I would doubt your going to get decent quality from Bangkok... LOL

Ya I bought one. Excelent fit, the logo lines up perfectly. I added an extra stitch up top though (Came with a single stitch) And it took a bit of work to get all the wrinkles out (a hair dryer helps)

I recently installed one of their covers. I know there are nicer covers made here in the US, but this isn't on a show bike. The shipping took a while, but it did show up. The cover was made to specs and matches very close to original. I wouldn't put one on a museum piece but great for a rider.

I have never bought from Ebay Seller: pit-replica
But I have bought a few off Ebay from Seller: hc-camo-seating. Quality was great and price was competitive. They can pretty much do what ever lettering/color you want if you ask them.

I just bought one of these pit replica seats for my 86 250ES. I'm trying to put it on, but I'm thinking I may be over my head here. Would love to see a video of the install for one of these. Looks like it could fit pretty good and the logo and color are pretty good. Looks like I may need to cut it a bit. Not sure. May just take it an upholstery shop and have them do it.

I just got one from Pit Replica. I have done a few seats and this cover looks real good.
If you want a challenge, try doing a LT500R T Style seat cover.

Just got done covering a 225dx seat. I couldn't be more impressed with the cover. It is cut perfectly and the material is a perfect balance of stretch vs. strength.
This was done for a customer, he is blown away by the quality of a $35 seat cover, as am I. I did cover the old pad with some low density foam as well, so the definition is a little softer overall than the stock look.
The only downside i experienced was it took 2-3 weeks to show up, but now that I know that I can plan ahead. To be fair, I ordered a seat cover from motoGHG (I think that's what its called) before that one, and it still isn't here yet, although they do advertise a long wait time on their covers.
Here's the pit replica cover on the DX seat.

I just go to Joanne fabric and buy whatever color of marine grade vinyl I need. I use an air powered stapler. It takes lots of work to get on a seat cover because of all the pulling, pressing, and mashing. Then you've gotta undo part that you already tacked and do it again. It takes practice, and patience. But they look really good when you are done. I think the last seat I covered cost me about $7. I also added foam to it.192331

Some projects call for more than just a generic cover.
You will never get a non-sectioned piece of material to fit the way these covers do, especially in the corners.
With the pit replica cover, there was no fighting it, it fit like a glove, and I only stapled it once and it was perfect.
Cost vs. Quality vs. Available factory logos, personally I don't see anyone better than pit replica out there.
Edit to add one more point......you know how most ATC seat pans are lifting from the tank? That's because the non-sectioned material was pulled and stretched to get the wrinkles out, and the tension from the material causes the seat to malform over time. These covers do not require nearly the stretching to fit like a non sectioned cover does.

And here is a shining example of how NOT to cover a seat.. What a mess!!

I've ordered from them, they make some of the best covers. They do take a little longer, but that is to be expected due to where the covers are coming from. I ordered and installed one on my 81' Honda CR250R and my friend's 86' Honda ATC 350X. The coloring of the seat and sizing of the logos on the seat are dead on. I'm a bit of a perfectionist and have a great eye for detail so the only thing I could tell and this was with the 86' 350X cover, was that they added stitching on the back of the seat cover that ran along the top edge and side edge of the back, and the OEM didn't have that stitching. Here again I'm sort of a perfectionist....lol I had a question about this and was surprised that I ended up talking to someone here in the states that explained that they did this for strengthen purposes.
