Using a dremel, I was able to get the race out of one side of the hub. Cut accross it, then it twisted out...

The otherside though..... Cut accross it.... started to pry on it... broke off a small piece of the race... Put another cut accross the other side..... tried to heat it up.....then pry again...broke the screw driver....

this thing will be the death of me... any suggestions?

try to press em out with a steel stick (flat on downside) and a hammer.. just stick it through the axle carrier and go around with the stick slightly hammering on the topside of the stick... takes a while but worket for me everytime i changed axle bearings... maybe try a bit easy out spray

If you have access to a welder, use a small rod. I use a 1/8" 6013, make a small weld on the face of the race then let it cool. Will only take acouple of minutes, should come out. If this doesn't work make another weld straight across from the 1st and pour alittle cold water on it.
This puts more heat in a small area without also heating the holding metal. Works great on axles, hubs, & swing arms.
