Spent $150 for light switch, kill switch, and fork/disc guards. got two kill switches. one is the wrong one and the other is broken.
What is going on here? And they arent open on Mondays so I have to wait until tomorrow to take care of it.
Not happy,
Mark

Well I bought a headlight guard for my 250SX and they sent the wrong one. I have called them 5 times and emailed them around 10 times and still nothing. So if I could ever find out what guard this is I would sell it. Anyone know what its for?

these guys must do alot of business and not care how they treat people because they are not customer friendly. I ordered a grab bar and they sent the wrong one and then wanted me to send their's back before they would send the one I ordered. Fu-k that, I am not going to be out money and no grab bar, they finally came around after about 3 weeks of emails and phone calls. I just don't get it sometimes, they way you make money and build a clientele is to be straight up and honest with people not treat them like crap.

ive got some douglas rims from them, supposed to of been blue lable 8x10's and they gave me black lable 8x8's, dont care really but the rims had more scratches in them then they said.
I've never bought anything from mike at Inland... just because everytime I have asked for a part, the price I get quoted is completely rediculous.
If I remember correctly, when I was looking for a T3 frame, he quoted me $175.
I ended up finding one for $25, and another for $50.

Mikes messed up on my last 2 orders from him. Seems to take care of it, but it takes a while. Dave

Yeah I emailed Mike last night, Told him he might want to drop by here and leave a comment. I've bought a ton of parts from Inland, but here in the last couple months I have not been real happy with them. I've been dealing with sunset atv in Utah, fast shipping, they answer all questons I ask without sounding like they've been putout. and their prices are not bad at all.

I talked to those guys about an extended swingarm for my 200X. They wanted $250 and sent me a picture of some homemade, rusty, bastardizied, piece of crap I would never put on my machine. I can't believe a real shop would be pushing junk like that for $250. Beware!

Man I hate to hear that. Mike has always been cool to me even gave me a refund when he sent a bad part and thats only happened once and I have been more than happy with thier service.

i called today. they said mike no longer works there. i said i would like a refund, so he said send the parts back and include a note. that seemed pretty easy. as long as i get my money back i am happy.
thanks,
mark
