No good for mx racing it will bend or break . Great for tt or flat track . I started off using a nasa back in the day racing mx , I broke four I one year before I bought a finishline .

I had one, it lasted quite awhile and used for mx. Well, that was until I was trail riding and banged into a tree, then it was pretty bent.

I have one on my 82300r. Couldn't say about the strength cause I never ride it!!!LOL.....Only reason I put it on was cause it was "New and shiny".
