finally got around to building up my 84 200s . I broke the frame recently after a slight refurbish decided to restore it including tons of NOS hard ware and powder coated parts . hardest parts to find were the small details like OEM wire cable bands bushings and grommets . have a ton more pictures and progress to post soon.
powder coated following parts ..... frame , rear axel carrier , muffler , motor mounts , gas tank , upper fork , pegs, axel , headlight guard , exhaust heat shield
engine powder coated right side cover , pull starter (including remake stickers ) , CDI cover , chain guard and stator housing
this is not a total factory correct resto but it is coming out pretty damn nice . lol
extras - douglass rear rims , 10.5:1 wiesco , aftermarket rear sprocket .
