185953] I think they went out of business .I have been looking for a very long time with no luck .This was the only company that I no of that made boots for the 3rd generation 250r and the 2nd generation tecate. I wonder how hard they would be to make?

Those would be a very nice first part for you to make Paul.

You make them and I will be your first customer.

very cool thread but probably over my head. There are people making reproduction gators but the atc 250r and tecate have irregular size forks. The reproduced gators are made of polyurethane

I used the new boots I got for my 350x before I went with the 3rd R front end. Little tight, but, they stretched right over both the fork and the slider.

I have a pair of nos fork gators for the 2nd gen tecate. they're not 4 sale but if someone wanted to repro them I could send 'em out. i'm not sure who's repopping fork gators now but dc plastic has a bunch of different sizes on their site. i'm not gonna send dc anything again, took a year to get my 2nd gen 250r maier scoops back when I had them repro those. also have a ufo airbox lid for the t3 that i'd like to get repopped, but like I said no dc for me. maybe something to think about for the more talented members of this site.
