OK-my seals have leaked for years. Time to address it. I want to know if any of the aftermarket seals are worth a crap-or not. VESRAH, K&S, K&L, etc.... I know OEM is obviously the best choice. But are any of these others worth using? Or should I avoid ANY aftermarket FORK seals?

Never done this before. And I'm a bit hesitant- but I cant afford to pay someone or buy others. I do have the shop manual. And read a few threads about it. We'll see how it goes. I know sometimes the seal is not the issue but we'll see......
Also-what size PVC do I need as a driver? 1 1/2"? -& How long? Also what size & length PVC is needed as spacers. I believe I have the 86' shocks/springs.

I have been using the K&L seals available from Rocky Mountain ATV with no issues. However, I don't race and jump so take it for what it's worth.

OK-So you tried them more than once then? They still hold oil -how long ago?

I always kept oil in the shocks but worried it might be the special copper colored bushing wasted. What ever it is..Is it still avail. from Honda? Have never checked for play-yet. Is that the best way to tell-or by the copper colored coating being wore off? Or by measuring?...I HOPE its not due to pitting!!

Would like to hear some other reviews on these aftermarket fork seals. Poor Favor:lol:Thanks
