Kinda looks like a Joker frame.... Not really sure what's up with the reinforcement on the back side of the lower rear where the axle carrier goes.

I wasn't sure of that either. but the welds match the rest of the welds on the frame. so I don't think it was added later.

Probably tried to either tow it or lift it by the handlebar brace.
