Has anyone seen this combo on ebay? Its a used 350x jug with a 86mm bore, with a used piston and rings for $249.99. Is this one of "ATC-ERIC'S" jug/ piston combos? The price is right if I could get any info out of the guy. He goes by the name...RPM-ATV. Pics look great, and he did say it ran great, and didnt smoke at all, but other than that...bupkiss. Just wondering if anyone has any info on this before I decide to buy it or not.

I'm pretty sure Corey Sprock made some Big Bore kits for the 350x. Can you post up a link to the item? There's prolly other 350x kits out there but I've only heard of the ones Sprock Racing made. Try a search you can read about them there. There was a nice build in the top tier section too.

Yup ...thats the one.The cyl looks good but I cant get the guy to do anything let alone get some decent pics. Is there a way to get an idea of comp ratio by just lookin at the piston? If anyone knows anything at all about this, it will be very helpful and appreciated .By the way ATC ERIC, how goes that new batch of 400 cyls?
Stupid question I know, but how do I copy a link to post an add like that ebay one on here? Man I,ll tell ya I tried everything ...LOL

Well here’s my two dollars and ninety five cents worth [or less] of opinion.
If he isn’t getting back to you I would pass it’s not a good sign to me.
I would ask what the amount of cylinder taper and out of round it has and the piston measurements and the piston to cyl clearance.
I would tell him it is not an atc eric cyl and ask why he is saying it is.
With no measurements I would not buy it. It might be fine but it’s a big gamble. People that put big bore kits on their bikes often beat the bejesus out of them.
There is also a ‘shadow” on the top and half way down the cyl which is left by the wirgs, it is possible it is the cyl is worn there.
It’s also possible he says it didn’t smoke simply because he didn’t look.
I will say that he has an amazing 2 negatives in 5049 sales in 12 months. This has to be the be a record on ebay. That would make me feel a little better but still…
He has a “make offer” button also.
He also has a 30 day money back policy. Get the details, might be ok.
Ebay, just like vegas.

oK THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HE TOLD ME IN HIS LAST EMAIL..."85.95mm at the very top with some carbon build up and 85.99mm at the bottom".He said he didnt have the means of measuring the middle. He obviously used a micrometer. What do you think?
