The plow is a Cycle Country, company is still in business and making UTV and ATV plows today. Good plow, i have the same brand on my 200ES.

LOVE IT!!!
I don't have a use for a plow around here in Oklahoma, I have a box blade anyway lol. Still, that is pretty cool, and I like the front tire. Love the old Ohtus, they still come up every now and then on eBay.

Yes the factory tire is nice. Starting to show some cracks so it will be in the near future. Not sure what I will upgrade the front to.

Agreed. Cant wait to get some snow this weekend. The only downside is the tire chains. Can't go over 1st gear hardly. The day before I bought it the guy was going too fast and the chain caught the plastic and you can see the results. Not sure if it is possible to put a lift on the back only for plowing or not?

That's why I haven't bought tire chains for my baby...the thought of those making Swiss cheese out of my OEM fenders makes me cringe. I had a set on the BR I had 30 years ago, they came loose and scratched the crap out of everything.

I will more than likely take them off this weekend when plowing. I think it will do just fine with the ITP mud lites on it. I would probably cry if i were to crack the plastic myself lol.

I have those tractor tread tires on my BR, I cant think of the name at the moment. Anyways I throw a 60 lb bag of sand on the rear rack and it is good to go. I rarly get stuck.

I was thinking of doing that and also putting some weight on the blade itself only because i have a nice a nice layer of ice on my drive at the moment too.

Tire chains are essential to plowing on these, i have them on my 200ES and i have run against a 250ES with a plow and no chains and my 200 made it look like a wimp.
If the chains are hitting the fenders then your chains are too loose!!! Mine don't slap or move at all. Here is a tip, air the tires down, get the chains on as tight as you can, then air the tire back up to normal pressure. That little bit alone will really snug them on. Also get some short bungy cords and criss cross with them to snug the chains on the outside of the wheel. I can go top gear and no chain slap!

Thank you very much for this post. I will be doing this when I get home from work tonight. Thanks again!

Thought I would add some new pics of the Big Red Plow from last night. Took the tire chains off and now don't have to worry about tearing up the drive and more importantly the plastic. With the ITP Mud Lites on it, it does just fine pushing the snow. Added 2 LEDs to the back so I don't back into someones garage door lol. Going to add two more to the front soon. Overall, very impressed with this machine! 187055187056187057187058187059

Very nice Big Red. I'm probably the only one around me not complaining that we are setting a record this year with amount of snow lol.

Dammit. Now I spy another accessory I need to hunt down lol.
Well, and I guess it would help if I had some damn snow to plow. For some crazy reason, Claremore Oklahoma can't get snow anymore. We had a blizzard for us that dumped a couple feet 4 years ago, and since then? FRRRRT!!!! Not a flake hardly. Ever since I bought my Jeep Rubicon, we haven't had crap for snows.
Bet if I sold it and all my outdoor toys and bought a Vette or something it would snow in July around here.

Awesome machine!! I bought a plow last summer for my Big Red and never built the frame. Of course we have had about 10 feet of snow this winter since I didn't get it finished!!
