Just picked up 86 350x for $400!!! This thing has not been touched except clipping a couple trees!!! This atc has the original grips on it still,every nut and bolt is factory,the honda paint is still vibrant!!!! The header tube was damanged in a crash and somebody(monkey) with a wrench broke every exhaust stud off the head. Now the purchase included a brand new header pipe, i just had to get something to hold it to the head!!!So i remove engine and doctored it up with some 6mm hardened studs on 1 side and 7mm hardened studs on the other with some jb weld of course. My question is do you think these smaller studs will hold this beast together(I also am adding some springs much like a dirtbike (2 stroke exhaust). Anybody else ever do this repair or something close to it??? thanx guys :)
