Here's to the ATC 250SX, the most versatile of them all, made by the best.

I first rode Dan's when I was young. The power, the control, I was hooked. Fast forward twenty plus years I think. The mountains of New Hampshire showed me who's boss on my R. Not long after that, I find a deal on a nice SX and snatch it up. Bone stock, it destroys the mountains. I feel I need not say more.

I've had a couple drinks tonight. I came home and turned the key, then I hit the start button. She fired right up as usual. I turned on my heated grips and went inside to get the wood stove going. I came out to nice heated grips and a machine not missing a beat. At that point I reversed out of the garage and did some wheelies out in the front yard. The concept here is, if you do it enough, everyone will be used to it. Four years now and running. One local, one sheriff, and one statey all in the last two months, but I'm not breaking any laws. Wheelies for all I guess, or at least for me.

I'm not certain the point of this post, I may delete it tomorrow morning. I just love getting on such an "old" (still seems new to me) machine and watching what it can do, thinking of the little Japanese guy who created this thing being like "Yeah, at least 4th gear wheelies for sure!" Haha, I hate quads.

Forgive me. I've had a good night.

I hear ya John. as long as you were having fun? Who cares!!

It's your property to do as you wish!!

I'm just glad you had a little fun. Combat Vet or noit, some state/government employees don't recognize it as well as your friend do.

After 10PM then can complain and a cop has to show up. Again, it's YOUR property so FARK EM ALL................

I'm off to bed, so no wheelies in my front yard tonight

You got me thinking. I don’t suppose there is a wheelie contest at TF is there? Longest without touching down on the front wheel or grab bar? That would be fun to watch/participate in.

Brings back memories from my earlier years.Always in the winter, when I had a snowmobile.Bad thing to have sitting next to the back door.Had a Polaris 650 triple,ex drag sled.It was mean and sounded it with little stinger mufflers.Needless to say after a evening out I cleared the neighbors driveway. Not once but twice.Luckily they are understanding people. When I had my 86 R never made it far.Usually it was parked out of gas.Which was a good thing.Ah those were the days. When dome hear another poem?

There are a lot of guys who can wheelie almost indefinitely. I've improved greatly over the last few years. I can hang it for quite some time these days.
