Make sure you have the proper voltaged bulb for your system. 6v bulbs will blow in a 12 and 12v will be dim on a six.
The regulator might also be blown. If you have a 6v bulb and a 6v system (like points) and it blows, then i would check your grounding wires points and reg/rec if you have one.

Is there a working headlight on it?

The 200S is the same as the other 200 series trikes except for the 200m which is electric start. The trike uses the wiring and bulb filaments to regulate power. No external regulator. Typically what happens is one bulb blows, the other goes shortly there after. I always tell guys to replace both bulbs at the same time and carry a spare set with them when in the truck.

Yep, that the problem. With both lights working, voltage is kept in check but when one light is out, voltage goes up beyond acceptable limits taking the other bulb out. Voltage varies ad throttle varies. Higher the rpm, the more voltage. Get a working headlight and tail light and you should be good.

If all you need for the headlight is a bulb, this may be your cheapest option:

Just picked up four of these at my local NAPA store. Best to call or order online because not all stores have them in stock. It is the right base type (hard to tell from the picture). Can't beat $1.19 EACH!
