I saw a OEM HONDALINE picture of a 1987 200X with the headlight guard sometime back and I think the guard was passion red. Anyone have the HONDALINE picture? I found the 1986 200X brochure and it is chrome

I need the ORIGINAL OEM HONDALINE BROCHURE, not pictures of someones bike. It's shows the headlight guard, tach ,etc. Like the 1986 brochure I posted above.

Well I googled and googled and could not find the brochure but I guess the period correct color for the headlight on my 87 should be red. I found OC's thread showing his zero hour 200X with the red guard and I have the chrome one that was painted black so I will have it powder coated red unless someone has a NOS red laying around! http://www.3wheelerworld.com/showthread.php/51310-Whats-better-than-a-brand-new-1987-200x?highlight=1987+200x+hondaline

It was available in chrome and red for the 86-87. The red ones are a lot harder to find new. There seem to be a lot more chrome ones out there. I have a couple of new chrome and one red. Here is the red one. No, it is not for sale.
I have a pic of the red one somewhere in a hondaline book. Will post it if I find it.
