It has been brought to my attention that some 3x100 wheels would be nice for some of these bikes? Is there a certain size you guys want? Would it be the stock 8inx8in wheel? or would you want 9's? I believe the offset is 4-4 right? Lets here some input and discussion on the topic.

Thanks

i still think that a 3x100, 6in wide, 10in diameter may have a market... i'm pretty sure this was an aftermarket option back in the day.

everything you mentioned in your 1st post. except the 185s as they did not have the 3x100 bolt pattern. early 185's did, but not the 185s. and yes, the 81 250r too.

this would give guys with these trikes the option to run a wide range of tires in the front, would also help with some of the "fat tire push".

81 185s is 3x100mm same as the 250r in 81 , 82 it when they changed to 4x130mm

was the 81 185 considered an "S" model. i was under the assumption that is was not called "185S" until 1983 when they went to the suspended front end.

either way, i agree, by 82 they went to a different bolt pattern...

If the demand is there I would buy a 3 x 100 in 9" diameter and 8" width with zero offset for the front of my Scrambler. If there isn't enough demand, then I guess I won't be buying one. lol.

I'm hoping there are at least a few people that want aluminum 9's all the way around on there Yamaha 225 or ATC90/110, if not there may not be enough need for them.
