http://www.ebay.com/itm/ATHENA-COMPLETE-GASKET-KIT-HONDA-ATC-250R-1981-1984-P400210850255-99-0559-/231063569931?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&fits=Year%3A1984%7CModel%3AATC250R&hash=item35cc76460b&vxp=mtr seal kit from Athena who my 500 kit is from, or http://www.partzilla.com/parts/detail/aftermarket/XP-4061886.html vesrah i think is probably fine too and cheaper. You should be able to use every thing in both of those kits aside form the head gasket lol base gasket is probably different too but I think you might be able to trim the 250 base gasket and run it with the 300 kit.

my only suggestion for seals would be to jump on partzilla.com and go down the list to buy all the individual seals you need. I dont know if there are kits for them, but my 500 kit came from my brother that goes through Magnum powersports.

thanks for the tip,
i actually just got off the phone with Larry over at racers toy store. tried to see if he had any kits available....needless to say he didnt. tho he did say he was going to try and make a kit for me this afternoon. said he would call me by the end of the day on whether he could piece one together for me. hopefully Santa can come threw with this seal kit

i already have my hands a complete athena gasket kit plus a NOS honda center case gasket if need be. so i am in good shape with the gaskets, just need to piece together a darn seal kit....

i just checked partzilla.com and theres only like 5 or 6 seals on there you need. you could get all those for less than 50 shipped. do you need bearings too?

Nice haul from Santa!! The anti-Santa hurt my feelings yesterday and told me the shaft for my q-race shock needs replaced so the good Santa has to go on a budget LOL

but he IS brining me tri-z sprockets and showed up with my suzuki quadracer hq shirt today so I'm stoked! Lol

is the anti-santa george by chance ? lol it hurt when he told me my shock was pitted and needed obsolete parts so he went out and ended up buying two other used shocks for parts to find a good shaft.

I hope George Was not the BAD santa! lol. i was totally amazed that he didnt have to tell me some bad news about my shock
back when he was taking care of it. everything actually went without a hitch as a matter of fact. Budget or not Sants usually does come threw in the clutch.

Jason, on partzilla one of the key seals in listed as obsolete, so thats never a good thing. i needa piece a full set together from somewhere.....i wanna have the engine up to the shop by next weekend. As to the bearings i do not need crank bearings i am going with CR500 crank bearings. tho i dont no what kind of shape the rest of the bearings are in but i am sure once
Ken pulls them apart i will here about it if they are bad.
