tri z head gasket tourqe setting

Gents the head gasket went on my tri z on Sunday,picked a new one up today,I've been told that the torque settings that yam give 2.5m is a bit safe and may cause it to fail again due to not being tight enough,has anyone found this,or is the setting they give good to go

Torque it to factory specs if you have a few drips loosen the top motor mount and re torque it till they have stopped! If you ask me it really depends on the manufacturer of the gasket, I have found the best results with OEM gaskets.
