it says moto4 jug and piston will it fit on my 85 DR? also he says should not need rings so I should just be able to buy this put it on and it should all be good? Also has anyone dealt with this guy?

It should fit. I wouldn't count on the rings being usable though.

I haven't dealt with this guy though. His Ebay feedback isn't too good for the past month. 5 neutrals, 6 negatives and 146 positives or about 95.8% for the month.

The moto4 jug will fit your 225DR and I don't think that is too bad of a price if it doesn't need rings because those can be 30 bucks, but if it needs rings, you should be able to find something cheaper.
