Whats the best aftermarket exhaust for my 85 250r? I'm going to be doing a bunch of dune riding with this trike and would like to get a good setup, what are you guys running? and toss in some pics of your 250r. And what are the differences between the 85 and 86 250R's

I like the FMF better than the DG. But there are some other pipes out there like Paul Turner and PSI that might be the best one.

Does anyone know the complete list of pipes that were available?

Some of the group from NY that goes to Silver Lake are huge fans of the Paul Turner HiRev pipe on the R for dunes. ChrisD would be the guy to ask.

A pipe for top end power is good for the dunes. Not sure on brand cuz i don't have a 250r anymore. Just remember here in oregon there is a very low noise law. I am not sure if there is a pipe that will be under the sould level. so try to find the quiet pipes and then go from there. Or just get a good one that is loud and gives good power and cross your fingers you don't get a ticket, that is what i do. But i do wish it was not as loud.

ESR has a pipe for the trike and I hear they have the best customer relations out there.

Yeah, ESR has a good reputation, might wanna check trinity too.
