Tri-Z 250 Build: Modern Motor Swap Ideas

I have a Tri-Z 250 roller without a motor, ambition, and connections to a very skilled welder and fabricator. I want to put a modern YZ250 motor (2002-newer) in this bike and wanted to know if any of you guys know anybody who has done it, or just could provide input on this type of build. I know anything can be done, just wasnt sure if anybody on this site has built one before.
