Fried another stator.....

YeP... :x the notorious stator problen has struck again... :evil: $#!t :evil: i got like 5 or 6 drops of water that traveled down my wiring harness to my stator and collected in the bottom of the case and fried the thing...but good news is i got a new one for 50 bucks...well it's used but not that much it was just re-wound a while ago :D

ya my 125m's stator went out so im in the process of getting it runing...but it will all change when i get my new 84 200s tommrow ;)

what stator are you using. new kawasaki parts or ricky stator? i was wondering if the ricky replacements hold up.

Is this "water frying the stator" problem more prevalent on Tecates?
Any other trikes known for this?
Any good way to prevent it?

im using a re-wound stator, i live by a guy that has a machine shop and he can do stuff like that
