I'm trying to get all the CDI stuff on the head of my 110 off so I can pull the head off so I can fix whatever I fudged up with my spark plug incident I had at Thanksgiving. I go the cover off, but the screws that actually attach all that stuff to the head were stuck and are now stripped. So what should I do to get them out? I don't really wanna have to whittle off the heads with my Craftsman screw-outs.

hi Jonathan.
these are what i use on stuck/ rounded out screws.
how i use them is to tap the correct size into the screw head, use a small wrench + put pressure on the wrench and tap the end of the screw extractor at the same time. it takes a steady hand and steady pressure but works very well. you won't want to re-use the screw again. these are old ones shown,,, got them from my dad in the mid seventys.
i really need to pick up one of those hand held smack em with a hammer type impacts tools,,, those work great too and can re-use the screws ( providing you haven't messed up the head before hand ) .

Take a punch or sharp flatheaded screwdriver and pound it with a hammer to make a groove in the screw. Once you've got a groove in it, take another flathead screwdriver that isn't sharp and keep pounding with the hammer in a sideways motion and the screw will come out. Good luck
