Actual shock from 250 sx wire in the harness.

So I have this poor sx that's been electrically butchered.
Starts and runs like a dream but someone cut the entire front half of the harness.

As I was tucking the wires away (running, of course)
I got a shock from one of the wires, almost as strong as a
bad plug wire.

No idea which one it was but thinking AC voltage from the stator?

Had a 250R do the same thing to me. Main generator wire from the stator had a hole in one of the wire connectors that was jumping ground to the frame.

its probably the kill switch wire. It shorts the coil to the ground when you kill the motor. I had a 350x that was like that
