Bigger carb maybe, remove air box lid, bore your cylinder over. Not sure how much. Basically just upgrade internals from there.

when it happend if sounded like the piston seized in the cylinder when I disassembled it it started turning over fine I don't understand but I have a good sized gouge in the cylender alot of people I ask are saying it was to lean and that's what did it but it looks like the motor had metal beads in the cylinder I checked and there wasn't any. atleast it's a simple motor. I eaither need head work or a new head.

Valves arent cheap that are OEM. They were $40 a piece from my shop, but worth it.
Valve springs, powroll may make them, but I cant remember
clutch: keep your basket and pressure plate if they are in good shape, but get a barnett dirt digger clutch plate kit
port and polish: lots of people do it, whether on here or a shop. not 100% sure
cam: they're going to be kinda expensive, either a WEB cam or a powroll mid range cam would be good.

other things:
For the most power, go stroker

how much can you bore a 200x before the cylinder is to thin. only trike I owned before this was a Suzuki alt 125. I want more and IM trying to start a small engine shop. but anyways clutch basket and pressure plate is fine I just looked at them.

A safe rebore is 66mm. I would say max is 66.5, and at 67 the base of the cylinder can break easily
