350X decompression cam & follower help

I'm trying to get my decompression working on the 350 & my manual is xeroxed so I can't clearly see where the cam is supposed to sit when installing the case cover. Here's how I installed it, just before it started to pour down rain:









I'm thinking maybe the cam is 180 degrees off? Thanks for any help, TGG

That looks correct. All punch marks aligned??

Toss your shaft in there and see it it does it's job.

Spring looks a little worn but that may just be how it appears......

That's another thing I was wondering about, the spring on the follower- when it's in position for re-assembly, it's not tight against the follower. I'm not going to get back to it till tomorrow, I'll see what happens & post back. Thanks Steve,TGG........
