Mikuni Carb 85 Honda 350X

I swapped out the throttle cable because the one that was on the bike was played out. So this is the first time I took apart the slider needle and spring.

I took a picture of how I think it goes back together.
Is this correct ?

Think I figured it out. First drop needle into piston, Then goes that round plate. Then the spring.

Correct, needle, stoper then spring. The needle shouldn't move up and down once the spring is aginst it.

Kind of funny it is the exact oppsite in the photo :D.

Yes, it should be all set up so the spring holds the needle and retainer in; Which is responsible for 1/4 to 3/4 throttle, Then you squash the spring and get the cable in there.

Always look at markings as shown in your picture; Many times markings tell me how it re-assembles............
