Hey there pplz.

I am doing some research on the Pacesetter III by Pacesetter Enterprises INC. (which was bought out by Commuter Industries).
I am hoping that someone else out there has some info to shed some light on the matter.
I am looking for any manuals, brochures or other such informational documents that will help to rebuild
the Pacesetter III that I am looking to buy.
If you happen to know anyone that still had parts (fenders, engines... etc) please feel free to let me know.

I already have the Yellow Illustrated Brochure, always looking for more.

Thanks.

I already did a database search... lots of pics and general info... not much else.

Well I have some pretty good news! To some this might be an understatement...
Ever had that feeling that you should do some searching (somewhat random wording)
online for something you where looking for a while back?

Well the other day it hit me. So I spent about an hour searching for pacesetter parts and info...
My searching was comming to an end with nothing to show for it when suddenly...
BAM! A image in google search caught my eye...

I wanted to make sure these got into my hands so that I can preserve and post scans online for you all.
The seller agreed to close and sell me the documents after I explained what my intensions were.
He is soo getting a top knoch rating!

So did you ever end up buying it? Never saw any brochures, those are cool. And in good condition.

Which Commuter are you looking for? Commuter bought Pacesetter Inc. and made the Granger 340 and the Sasquatch 340 which look alot like the Pacesetter.
Commuter also produced a 5 wheeler which they sold the patent to John Deer who then sold it as the AMT 600.

See pacesetters pop up from time to time here. There is even a Sasquatch for sale right now and appears to be in good shape. Always been interested in riding one.

best I can tell I've got a TE380 w/8hp kohler just happened upon this in a small town by accident i'm not exactly a 3 wheeled enthusiast but I cant seem to resist the unusual (some will say fugly but cant argue that) just trying to keep the unwanted rolling but would like to at least know some history or specifics on what I've got i'll primarily ride this in parades or maybe throw in a car show just to upset the purists but got to get carb and several issues dealt with after I clear up a few other projects posted some pics quite a while back of this and a tricart hustler just cant seem to do links to them (technologicly challenged)

Like i posted in your other thread, I will post some reference pics of a decent tricart.
But if you can, post a good walk around set of pics with close-ups of highlight parts like engine info and innerds in that other thread.
The pics you have up there atm are ok, but vague.
