Shock Recommendations

Hello,
Does anyone have any shock recommendations for my 85 250 es big red. This would be for the one and only rear shock. I only do mild trail riding and thats about it. I figured anything would be better than the 20+ year old one on there now.:wondering

You can try to find an NOS shock but the rear suspension is very limited even new. They do make a works shock for the SX, not sure if they do for the ES.

I once tried a 200X shock on an SX with mods but it was still way off comfortable; I decided to use each machine for what it's worth.......
