Look closely at the airbox cover. You can see the zinger tank sticking up out of the top, just to give you an idea. BTW, that's a chick from the 80's racing that Z. Her name is Deana Blythe.

Thanks Jeb, that kinda gives me a little better idea of what I have to do. I'll be sure to get some detailed pics when I get mine on!

Ok well here it is, looks like shiato but oh well, it was my first try. I used a RotoZip with I think a metal bit on it, but it worked.

that looks like a pretty decent job what exactly do you use to hold the tank in there thow to keep it from jumping around i dont no if i like the idea of it just sitting in there.

The airbox cover pushes against it and makes it stay down. I didn't cut it so the airbox cover slides on no problems, I made it just a tad small so you kinda have to force the cover on a LITTLE bit, but not so much you're stressing the cover.

are you removing your rear under seat tank also or are you making the zinger tank dump into your main tank ?

My plan is to make the Zinger tank dump into the main tank, so I have a total of nearly 3 1/2 gallons. When I get on a ride, I wanna be able to ride for a while and not run out of gas.

I may just do that too, a little more fuel capacity is always a good thing.
