WONT RUN. Its got a COMPLETLEY brand new top and bottom end. Got spark, compression, fuel to the cylinder, and it wont fire. Not even a pop. Im about sick of this POS. Freakin Kawasaki JUNK. Thats right, I said it. KAWASUCKY junk. I have gotten complete POS hondas and yamahas running with ease, but FOCK Kawasaki. I have TONS of money in this focking piece of JUNK.

The only thing I can think of to check is the reeds. Does it blow back into the carb at all?

Try some starting fluid. Hopefully it will at least pop and backfire. Maybe the timing/ignition is off (however those goofy kawasakis work). I had the same problem once and I noticed fluid seeping from the head gasket, but it would start for a couple revolutions on starting fluid. Crankcase seals possibly? I've had sleds that would start on gas/anything flammable if I put it in the cylinders, but wouldn't suck fuel cuse the seals were shot.

Maybe the timing/ignition is off (however those goofy kawasakis work).

Holic, Did you reset the stator? I only put the stator in there where I asumed it went. Hopefully this is the problem. It should be a easy fix. ;)

I didn't think about that until "Hemi's" Posting.

You have no idea how I feel ( Long story ). Any how, I hope this is the problem. I want to hear that thing rippin up the turf soon.

talk about pre-mature evacuation! I had some more gas out in the barn, put some in the tank. Had my brother who is visiting from NC (not the triker brother) help me assemble it yesterday. I had him put his hand over the carb intake to choke it good, and it started! I started it a few times, I hope it will keep starting easy! Now, I gotta get tires, paint the fenders and get a chain and I need a rear master cylinder for it. Right now its sitting on some 22" fast trekkers, looks awful, but it runs! I still say kawasuckys are junk! :D
