comet clutch

can anybody identify this clutch?it is larger than a 30 but smaller than a 40.its 4 7/8 ".the driven pulley has a red spring and three buttons.it looks like it might have had a nut welded to it at one time.

I've had luck calling places like this and asking for a direct line to the manufacturer. Maybe someone at Comet can identify it for you.
