Yamaha YT 175 crankcase oil

Does anyone know how much and what type of oil you put in the crankcase of a Yamaha YT 175?

a little less than a quart of 10w-30. I think (cant remember) that it has an oil level check screw?? If it does, take it out, and add oil till it comes out the check plug.
