200x(Auto?)

hey guys this is a 3 part question, I know sorry.lol

first i have been looking around on ebay and some x's say they are semi auto and some say they are manual, can anyone tell me which years are which?

Next i am going to be in the market for one of these in january, anybody around Va got one for me they are willing to sell, (i'd like a manual one)

stock they are manual but some people bolt a 200s engine in the frame which then makes it a semi-auto.

yeah for soem reason they put 200s engines in them because they are almost the same except the auto clutch part the 200s engine isnt as peppy as the real deal 200x engine thow the 200s engine puts out like 12 hp and the 200x engine puts out 14 i believe usualy they do this because its harder to find a running replacement 200x engine but the 200s engines are all over and usualy still running because they arnt beat on as much id rather have clutch any day thow alot more fun if you ask me :twisted:

Thanks how similar are the 83-87 frames and whatnot? It seems the 86 through 87 have more of a 350x design(i really like that look). it's just the price difference of a 85 and 86 are just too much for me, dealing with christmas cash here.lol :oops: like 500 bucks.

they are alot different the 85 and under engines will not even bolt up in the 86- frames
