Electrical Woes!!!!!

Pulled the flywheel on my 82 atc 110 to replace the woodruff key in the crankshaft because is was worn flat from the flywheel nut not being tight enough. anyways put it back together and now i dont get any spark. My question is 1) could i have possibly damaged the primary ignition coil under the stator? 2) I tested the coil that runs to the spark plug and my resistance was lower than what the book said it should be at, i think the book said 8-15 ohms and i was at like 4. It just seems odd that i had great spark before i did this and i pull the flywheel and do something totally unrelated and now no spark at all. What do you guys recommend trying.

make sure that the flywheel is at the right point, like on the shaft, also, make sure that all the connections are good, if you need any help, email me, or reply
