Considering we still have 5 events coming up before this one, I try to keep them in the order they appear!

Info post is here. There were a few minor class tweaks from last year, an I added a few minor updates today. If you bring a trike to race, there will be a class you will be fit into. Don't get the idea that if a class does not describe all the details of your trike perfectly, that you can't run. If you have information of a significant number of a specific type trike that is coming that might make for a good class split, let me know. We don't make classes based on what we want to come. We make them based on the best way to split what is there when splits are necessary.

I will try to bring official information to this site, and answer questions as best I can, like last year, however, if I run into the same problems as least year with site staff deleting and editing my posts, and fighting me every step of the way, you'll need to either check the OTC site for info, where the content can be secure, or take your chances with the accuracy of the details on the EDT site and internet rumors.

I hope everyone can enjoy the event, and have a good time, while preserving a positive public image for trike racing once again, without all the internet drama that made for the only minor clouds over last years event.

The ATVA Extreme Dirt Track National is the event in July.

NE ATV (should change their name) is not connected, is holding an event at this track in June, and details and confirmation are still pending. Insurance may be an issue, but he is pretty sure that can worked around, but until then, it can't be officially confirmed. They already changed the date. I expect to know more by the end of next week.

I will be at the July race for sure. No new bike, but perhaps an upgrade.
Finally ready to ditch the stock pipe and silencer.
Much as I like having the worlds quietest race trike, I think the time has come to let her breathe.

Camping is 100% free with your paid admission into the park. You can leave the area to hit a local food place, or bring your own grilling supplies and food. There are small food wagons like at a fair, and there is a Banquet house that was serving breakfast for a fair fee. If you bring a pitbike/trike/quad, they do ask you pay a 1$ fee per pit machine.

You pay a gate fee per day which includes camping and pay a entry fee for each class you run.

Last year I think the gate fee was 10$ per day/night per car, or per person.

atc300R There is enough shaded areas you won't have a problem finding a nice spot. If the weather is hot bring your swim gear, it's a nice lake to cool off in. The Fisher's do an excellent job of keeping the grounds maintained the entire weekend.

LOL. Havent made my mind up yet on whether i am going to run the missle stuff. The huge straightaway has me concerned on gearing with the 12" tires. I am leaning toward running the 15" hoosiers that I ran last year.

Ya...that monster front straight may be a problem for that small of a tire.

Is there any way that someone going to this event can take a decient video? The ones from last year were horrible if i didnt live in az id just do it myself! Round trip plane ticket should be around 600$...That is pretty fair considering many people from out of state will spend more than that actually participating in the event. The best video is on a trike in the race. Even though digital improvements of the day are far superior to VHS of yester year...Or you can wait and buy a professional DVD that is usually made by a producer. Last year The TPC trikes website was selling copies of the dvd at his site and the OTC race forums..
